Eagle Valley Senior Citizens Housing Society (EVSCHS) is a non-profit organization that offers housing services to seniors and people living with disabilities; promoting their independence, dignity and wellness in a safe and secure environment. EVSCHS offers three levels of housing in beautiful Sicamous, B.C; comprised of The Haven, The Lodge and The Manor. They are all located within walking distance of each other. Our facilities boast amenities that will ensure our residents live comfortably, and conveniently located one block from Downtown Sicamous and the shores of Shuswap Lake.

THE HAVEN
Originally built in 1974, this low income senior’s independent living complex consists of 20 one bedroom apartments and 8 studio apartments. Medical Supports for The Haven are provided by Interior Health Home Support Services.THE LODGE
The Lodge was built in 1997 and is a BC Housing subsidized facility. There are 11 bachelor units in total; 2 of which are privately funded.THE MANOR
Built in 2008, The Manor is our newest facility that is an assisted living complex funded by BC Housing and Interior Health Authority. It is staffed on a 24 hour basis and is intended for those who need assistance with their daily care, while continuing to live as independently as possible. Medical Supports for Manor tenants are provided by an on-site Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Care Aides.GALLERY
